Product Principle

 

The acoustic emission testing technology is the acoustic detection method by receiving and analyzing the acoustic emission signals to evaluate the material performances or structural integrity. The deformation and crack propagation of materials under stress are important mechanisms of structural failure. The source directly related to deformation and fracture mechanism is called acoustic emission source. The elastic wave emitted from the acoustic emission source finally propagates to the surface of the material, causing the surface displacement that can be detected by the acoustic emission sensor. The sensor converts the mechanical
vibration of the material into an electrical signal, which is then amplified, processed and recorded. By analyzing and inferring the recorded acoustic emission signal, the acoustic emission of the material is understood Mechanism.
 
 

Product Introduction

RAEM1 remote acoustic emission (AE) system consists of three parts, RAEM1 (AE sensors, signal acquisition, communication), the platform (cloud server, LAN, PC or phones), and client end (phones, PC or screens). Structures and modes are optional and sensors can be internal to external to the RAEM1 cylinder.

Main Applications

 

1,Transient and static AE signal acquisition. Transient signals like cracking or steel rope breaking, happen quickly and dont remain or recover after. The static signals dont disappear once happen, such as bearing wearing, pipeline valve leakage, cutting tools wearing;

2, AE Hit parameters (arrival time, amplitude, counts, duration) and characteristic time parameters (RMS, ASL, energy) are suitable for monitoring cracking, rope breaking, damage detection and status monitoring;

3.
